About DianeDiane grew up in Michigan and began riding at the age of 14. She competed in western, english, dressage and jumping in 4-H and local horseshows. She gave lessons and trained various horses until she was 22 years old, when she decided to focus on dressage. Her desire was to learn everything she could about the sport. In order to improve her riding and gain a solid training foundation, Diane spent many years working for and training extensively with many FEI trainers throughout the United States and Europe, including Betsy Steiner, Ashley Holzer, and most recently, Heather Blitz. In 2006, she took several of her horses to Germany and spent six months riding with olympic coach Conrad Schumacher. She recevied daily coaching and instruction from Schumacher, and gained valuable knowledge about his training system, which she has incorporated into her own. Diane began importing and selling dressage horses in 2002, shortly after relocating to New Jersey. Diane enjoyed helping people find their future equine partner, and she has since developed a wide range of valuable contacts Europe who regularly help her find and import horses to sell. Her contacts also help her locate the right horse for a particular rider. Diane currently resides in Milford, New Jersey where she maintains a busy dressage teaching, training and sales business. Her winter months are spent in Wellington, Florida where, in addition to continuing her dressage business, she receives lessons and coaching from other well-respected professionals
Diane has competed through the FEI levels of dressage with various horses, and has received her USDF bronze and silver medals. She is a Certified Instructor for the United States Dressage Federation and the American Riding Instructor Association. References A complete list of references is available upon request.
